Community Activities
Our inclusive environment enables participants to connect through social experiences and activities such as sports, arts and craft, discos and day trips. We also assist to develop skills with classes in cooking, job-skills. Flexibility ensures that clients and family can discuss to create meaningful relationships by involving participants in community events.
Household & Life Tasks
Our Support workers assist participants with general household tasks, personal care, Shopping, meal preparahon, social support and respite cave both in-home and in the community.
Community Nursing
Our nurses will visit you at home, and work with you to achieve your goals. Nurses assist with the provision of care to clients when discharged home after a hospital stay, management of chronic conditions, clients on palliative care, and more.
Daily Activities
Are you looking at going on a camping trip, visiting your local library or sporting club? We facilitate client engagement that promotes socialisation, while offering both worker facilitated and self-directed capacity building activities. Participants are encouraged to contribute to weekly planning to enhance learning opportunities for life skill development.
Accomodation & Transport
Support is provided to guide, prompt or undertake activities to ensure the individual obtains and retains appropriate accommodation requirements. We can also organise or provide transportation services (such as bus, taxi or private car). Transport can be arranged to assist with shopping, Allied Health and/or doctors appointments etc
Life Stages and Transitions
Our assistance strengthens our participant’s ability to coordinate and implement the support detailed in their NDIS plans, in which enables them to participate fully in the community. The focus is to explore and find the right service providers for their individual needs.
Supported Independent Living
Participants are Supported to live independently In their own home, Support workers are provided 24/7 to assist with personal cave, daily tasks, Cooking meals and assist Individua's build on their personal skills.
